Stop balding

If you want to stop balding it is no good waiting until the patch on your head starts to grow. At the first sign of any hair loss you need to take quick action before it becomes worse.

By the time you have started to notice any hair loss yourself it is already pretty advanced and it will soon start to accelerate further if you are not lucky and do not catch it in time. If you want to stop balding there are some steps you can take to prevent this happening to you.

Look after your head.

One of the biggest mistakes men make is using any old shampoo they can get their hands on to wash their hair. Unfortunately many shampoos do more harm than good and you might as well run sandpaper over you scalp with the high level of detergents they have inside them. Use a proven hair loss shampoo which will look after both your scalp and hair and help you to stop balding.

Look at what you are eating. Hair is affected enormously by what you eat and if you eat the wrong food first of all your hair will become dull and lifeless and then start to lose its shine and colour. The next step will be that you start balding and if you want to stop balding avoid this.

Another cause of thinning hair is a lack of blood supply to the follicles. A regular head massage can help with this and stop your hair falling out all over simply by helping to stimulate the blood flow to your scalp. All you need to do is to spend a few minutes at this every day and your head will feel better and your hair will look better for it.

Another cause of hair loss is not just a poor diet but a lack of vitamins in your diet. Take supplements for hair growth to keep your hair healthy and stop balding in its tracks. You can either do this with over the counter vitamin supplements or with supplements for hair loss as part of a routine to stop losing hair.
