1/ Do not take on more than you can do. It does not matter if it is at work or at home.
2/ Exercise. Take up a sport or go to the gym. Aerobic and cardio exercise are not only good ways to reduce stress but are proven to reduce DHT as well. Swimming, running, and cycling are all good cardio exercises.
3/ Take time out for yourself. That does not mean watching television. Relax totally by reading a book or going for a walk.
4/ Take up yoga. this is a very good way of not only reducing stress but good exercise as well.
5/ Meditate. you do not have to sit down chanting. There are many diferent methods of meditating.
6/ Sleep properly. Do not keep going over problems in your head.
7/ Get a massage. If you have a good massage you find all the stress melting away.
8/ Deep breaths. When you feel stressed take the biggest deepest breath you can and breath out several times.Try it and see how the stress lessens immediately.
9/ Get a squeeze ball or a tennis ball and keep it with you. At work or at home. squeeze this when you start feeling stressed.
10/ Hypnotherapy. Use hypnptherapy to relax. This is probably the best way you can reduce stress enormously from home.
